The gaze and the crossing are the measure of the city. Multiple attempts at modification draw a landscape in orange. Temporary, suspended, in the balance.
The shape of the city is unstable, precarious, almost capricious or perhaps fatalistic and forgetful. Even the finished architecture seems expectant.
